Air Force generals en route from Wright Field by staff car to Cleveland Air Show and on speaker's stand at stadium, and truck convoy en route from Wright Field to the air show. Reel 1: 1) MS entrance to building, sign above doorway, "Administration," Gen Spaatz and unidentified civilian standing on steps. 2) MS group of Air Force officers and unidentified civilians headed by Gen Spaatz coming out of the building. Gen Vandenberg accompanies Gen Spaatz down the walk toward staff car. 3) CS Gen Spaatz getting into staff car. 4) CS other general officers walking down steps from building, Gen LeMay walking down steps toward staff car. 5) CS group of civilians walking down steps. 6) Several shots of staff officers walking down steps and down street past staff car. 7) MS convoy of staff cars starting to drive away from scene. 8) PS of cars going down road headed by motorcycle escort. 9) CS Gen Spaatz walking up onto ramp erected near nose of F-80 "Shooting Star." Reel 2: 1) MS looking down from head of large convoy of tractor and trailer- type trucks, flatbeds and closed vans. 2) MS looking down from hilltop on Route 4, Fairborn, Ohio, showing large column of trucks approaching towards camera. Convoy headed by motorcycle and state police escort as trucks roll past camera position. Light snow on ground. 3) PS several scenes, camera stationed at various positions of the convoy underway on road leading through Ohio near Springfield and Fairborn, Ohio. 4) CS of the stationary convoy showing brake drum on one of the tractor vehicles smoldering. 4) Entire reel devoted to truck convoy en route to air show. Scenes of truck convoy moving down street at "Area B" toward flight line at Wright Field and upon the open highway. Reel 3: 1) CS state highway patrolman, Air Force sergeant and truck driver with civilian in charge of the convoy, all discussing mission prior to departure from Wright Field. 2) CS trucker marking radar upon trailer van. 3) CS truck driver checking over truck before departure. 4) CS dispatch sergeant assigning truck drivers to various trucks. 5) CS trucks starting to move out of scene showing bombs on first trailer. 6) Several scenes at motor pool showing the various types of trucks, and trailers starting to pull out of area. 7) Several short scenes of the truck convoy on Route 4 near Fairborn, Ohio.
